Delivery Terms & Conditions

Free standard delivery is only available on online orders for the United Kingdom (Excluding overseas territories) (£80 for free next day delivery) This option must be selected at the checkout for the order to qualify for free delivery. P&P costs will not be refunded once an order is placed if free delivery is not selected.

If items from an order eligible for free delivery are returned then the value of the order will be refunded. For purchases with expedited delivery selected, the cost of expedited postage will not be refunded as this is an optional service.

The buyer will be responsible for all return costs unless the item is defective. For defective items, the buyer must contact us prior to returning the item to allow us to generate an authorisation code and respond to any questions which may negate the need for a return. If this is not followed then the buyer is responsible for the return costs.

For all change of mind requests or items marked as not fitting, where the items dimensions are clearly displayed on the item, the customer is responsible for the return costs.
For all authorised returns, only the cheapest method of return will be refunded, should a premium service be selected, then we will calculate the cheapest return cost method and only refund that amount.

All items purchased before 14.00hrs will be dispatched daily Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, bank holidays and national days of no post due to strikes and industrial action. In the event of force majeure, where it is not possible to dispatch your item due to illness or other conditions outside of our reasonable control, the item will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity, typically the following day or when normal service resumes.

For domestic postage, unless otherwise specified free postage refers to Royal Mail 48 which nis a 2 to 3 day delivery postage aim. We reserve the right to use Amazon logistics and other couriers where items are located at distribution centres other than our warehouse and it would be mo9re economical to do so. None of these changes will result in a service that is less than that offered by the free postage option.

For international order we apply a minimum postage amount of £3.50, this covers standard international postage. We reserve the right to upgrade this post to a fully tracked service and where the service is upgraded we reserve the right to not provide the tracking number at the point of dispatch unless specifically requested for this service at checkout.

Where the item exceeds the maximum thresholds of size for Royal Mail both internationally and within the United Kingdom, we reserve the right to use a courier other than Royal mail, including but not limited to TnT, Fedex, DHL or MyHermes.
