Shipping and Delivery Delivery will be by post or courier within our specified delivery times as follows (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control). For all items purchased upto 14.00hrs Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) the orders will be picked packaged and processed the same day for faster delivery, orders received upto 11.00hrs on Saturdays will also be posted that same day, this includes all UK, EU and Rest of the World Orders. Deliveries can only be made Worldwide subject to correct postage being paid, which is a flat rate of £3.50 per order for international deliveries. Delivery charges shown on the site are for addresses Worldwide and are indicative of the cost to us at the lowest cost for processing and delivering your items. For deliveries to certain areas including, but not limited to, the Highlands of Scotland, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland an additional charge may be required – if this is the case we will contact you by telephone or e-mail and the additional charge must be paid prior to the despatch of your order. The driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and customers can telephone to re-arrange delivery at a later time. We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a contract with you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you if such an event occurs.
